Goowy - Online Email Application

Goowy today started a public beta of their new skinnable web-based email application. The application is basically Hotmail with the client-side presentation layer made in Flash and asp on the server-side doing all the business logic. It has junk mail filters, categorisation capabilities, contact management and many other features. This is a great example of what Flash is good at, friendly, easy-to-use interfaces for online applications.

    Shu Player allows you to distribute your AIR Applications to users that dont have the AIR Runtime by converting them to standalone applications. Shu Player also adds more commands to do things like open external applications etc…
