What we do

We are primarily a team of hardcore Flash programmers, our clients come to us with projects that require an Actionscript expert. Simply put, we are given a brief and we write the code to turn it into a working application, game or website. Interactive agencies worldwide out-source their work to us and we help them to deliver on spec, on time and on budget. We are a small team and therefore wherever possible, we dedicate ourselves solely to your project from start to finish.

Expertise & Experience

Flash has come along way. We have been working with it day in - day out, since the early days when Actionscript was simply a few basic timeline commands, and as such we have evolved our skills by experimenting as the Flash Player capabilities have expanded.

FlashGuru Consulting has a lot of experience developing dynamic tools, websites and games with Flash for the web and for the desktop. When we say dynamic, we simply mean that the content assets and/or data is loaded at run-time from an external source, whether it be a webservice, a server-side script or an xml file. Projects built in this way are easy to localize (provide different versions for different languages) and are also easy to update.

Our primary skillset is Actionscript (Including BitmapData API & PaperVision3D), Flex (Rich Internet Applications), Flash Media Server (For Streaming Video and multiuser apps), JSFL (For creating Flash Extensions), MDM Zinc (For creating desktop applications), PHP & Mysql, XML, HTML and Javascript.

Clients

Numerous top agencies have benefitted from our consultancy services including Amaze, Digit London, Duvenjian Graphics, Large Blue, Lost Wax, Ogilvy, Outside Line, Push Digital, Rammedia, Rockall, Simple Season, Stickee, Tela, Tonic and Victoria Real.
